Global Goal aims to use the 2006 FIFA World Cup as a vehicle for sensitizing the population for the topic of sustainability. Spirit levels will be used to build a huge soccer ball that can be rolled through the streets of Stuttgart. Each spirit level will carry an inscription consisting of two terms that the persons who made the inscription would like to see in balance. Once the ball is set rolling, only one spirit level will remain in a state of equlibrium. This is an appeal for the creation of the equlibrium the Earth needs in light of increasing climate change.
